Do I need the receiver’s address or phone number?

No. You only need their Cupid Address or a way for us to contact them (like Instagram, email, or phone).

Who can use CupidBox?

Anyone can send or receive gifts. There is no requirement for followers or popularity.

How does it work?

You choose a gift, enter the receiver’s Cupid Address or contact method, add a message, and place the order. The receiver reviews and accepts before the gift is delivered.

Will the receiver see my details?

No personal details are shared unless you choose to reveal your name. You can also send gifts anonymously.

Can the receiver reject the gift?

Yes. Every gift is subject to receiver approval.

How can I contact support?

You can reach us via email or support channels listed on the website.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Personal details like address and phone number are never shared and are securely handled.

What items are not allowed?

Illegal, unsafe, explicit, or inappropriate items are strictly prohibited.

Is CupidBox a dating or meeting platform?

No. CupidBox does not support meetings, personal arrangements, or any off-platform interactions.

Can I request something in return for a gift?

No. CupidBox is strictly a gifting platform. Gifts should not be sent with expectations, deals, or exchanges.

Are messages monitored?

Yes. Messages may be reviewed, edited, or blocked to ensure a safe and respectful environment.

Who receives the refund in case of return?

Refunds are always issued to the user (sender), not the receiver.

Can I send gifts from other websites like Amazon or Myntra?

Yes. You can share a product link, and CupidBox will handle the purchase and delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Same-day gifts are delivered within 24 hours. Other gifts are usually delivered within a few days, with a maximum timeline of 30 days.

What happens if the gift is rejected?

You will receive a 90% refund. A small service fee is retained.

What if the receiver is not reachable?

If the receiver cannot be contacted within 30 days, the order is cancelled and 90% refund is issued.

Are there any extra charges for custom orders?

Yes. A small service fee (including ₹99 processing fee) applies for external product orders.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Will I get tracking details?

To protect privacy, tracking details are shared only with the receiver. You will still receive status updates.

What if the gift is delayed?

If delivery exceeds the allowed time, you may be eligible for a full refund depending on the case.

Can items be returned or exchanged?

Yes, in case of damage or size issues, requests must be raised within 24 hours and are subject to the original seller’s policy.
