Welcome to CupidBox. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

CupidBox is a privacy-first gifting platform that enables users to send gifts to receivers without sharing personal address or contact details.

2. Definitions

• User: The person who sends a gift through CupidBox
• Receiver: The person who receives the gift
• Cupid Address: A unique identifier used to send gifts without revealing personal details

3. Nature of Service

CupidBox acts as a facilitator of gifting services.

• We enable users to send gifts to receivers
• We manage communication, moderation, and delivery coordination
• We do not manufacture products unless explicitly stated

CupidBox does not guarantee that a receiver will accept or respond to a gift.

4. Acceptance of Gifts

• All gifts are subject to receiver approval
• Only the category of the gift may be shared before acceptance
• Receivers have full right to accept or reject any gift

If a gift is rejected, applicable refund policies will apply.

CupidBox strictly prohibits:

• Any form of deal, exchange, or arrangement in return for gifts
• Requests for meetings, personal contact, or services
• Use of the platform for dating, escorting, or similar purposes

7. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before processing
• Custom orders may include additional service charges
• Certain orders may be subject to verification for safety purposes

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary based on product type
• Same-day products are typically delivered within 24 hours
• Standard delivery may take several days, with a maximum window of 30 days

Tracking information is not shared with users to protect receiver privacy.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as follows:

• Rejected gift → 90% refund
• Receiver not reachable (after 30 days) → 90% refund
• Delivery delay beyond 30 days → 100% refund
• Same-day delivery delay (>24 hours) → 100% refund

Service charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

10. Returns & Exchanges

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Applicable for damaged or eligible items only
• Governed by the original seller's policy

Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the user, not the receiver:

• 90% of order value refunded
• 10% retained as service charge

11. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Send abusive, vulgar, or inappropriate messages
• Attempt to extract personal details of receivers
• Send prohibited or illegal items
• Use the platform for harassment or spam

Violation may result in:

• Message blocking
• Order cancellation
• Account restriction

12. Message Moderation

• All messages are subject to moderation
• Messages may be:
  • Delivered as-is
  • Modified for safety
  • Blocked entirely

CupidBox reserves the right to take necessary action to maintain a safe environment.

13. Prohibited Items

Users may not send:

• Illegal or restricted items
• Adult or explicit content
• Unsafe or harmful products
• Items from untrusted or suspicious sources

CupidBox reserves the right to reject such orders.

14. Privacy

• Personal details of receivers (address, phone number) are never shared with users
• All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

15. Limitation of Liability

CupidBox is not liable for:

• Receiver's decision to accept or reject gifts
• Delays caused by third-party vendors or logistics providers
• Issues arising from external product providers
• Any off-platform interaction or misuse

16. Changes to Terms

CupidBox reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
